Warren Page has been a personal trainer and strength coach for the past 10 years. Starting his early coaching years as a CrossFit and weightlifting coach at SF gym in Osborne park, he soon spread his wings and created his coaching business BRONX TRAINING, aiming to help people of all ages become better, healthier versions of themselves.
Warren is an accomplished powerlifter, having competed at a national and state level, and a keen endurance sport seeker, completing marathons and endurance mountain bike events. Warren is also a father, and understands the needs and lifestyle considerations of busy Mums and Dads.
Lily is a 20-year-old personal trainer with a passion for empowering young women to find their confidence in the gym. I’ve been training since I was 13, and over the years, my love for fitness has transformed into something much deeper. It’s not just about lifting weights or hitting personal bests—it's about building a mindset that carries through every part of life.
I’ve seen the physical and mental transformations that come with regular training, and I know what it’s like to struggle with body image and self-doubt. But through hard work and dedication, I’ve learned how to break free from those thoughts and create a healthier, stronger version of myself. That’s why I became a personal trainer—to help other women break through the barriers of body dysmorphia and gain the body confidence they deserve.
With my experience in the gym, I specialise in correcting form, tailoring workout plans to individual needs, and offering that personal, encouraging support and accountability that makes every client feel like they’re my top priority. I want to provide a welcoming, positive space where you can grow at your own pace, without comparison, and embrace the powerful woman you are becoming.

Myself and Tracey have been gym buddies for quite a few years however felt we were not getting the best results and needed help and guidance on technique and which exercises worked the best together to get the maximum benefit.
Warren has been and continues to be amazing! He provides myself and Tracey with a new program approximately every 4-6 weeks which we do together online. At the start of a new program we meet up and go through the exercises and the technique.
